    Seung-Sik YANG

  • Mr. Seung-sik Yang is a partner at Wooin Patent & Law Firm joining the firm in 2007.

    Mr. Yang has extensive experience in the field of electronics. He has successfully performed patent prosecution, both domestic and international; and rendered patent infringement, validity, and supplies opinions to clients in various technical areas of patent law such as digital signal processing, circuits, radio communications, control devices, semi conductors, computer hardware/software, business models and International Standard Patents.

    Part of his duties at Wooin includes managing a team of experts in the electronics field as well as attorneys in the Electronics Department. Mr. Yang has lectured at Korea University for the graduate school level introduction to intellectual property.

    Mr. Yang received his bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Seoul National University and his master’s degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Korea University. He received his Ph.D. in Department of Technology Policy Graduate School at Yonsei University. Before joining Wooin Patent & Law Firm, he had contributed to the success of Lee-International, Myungmoon Patent, and Y.P. LEE, MOCK & Partners.
