  • Mr. Eui-Jin Shinis a patent attorney at Wooin Patent & Law Firm.

    Mr. Shin has extensive experience in trademark and design matters, successfully handling all aspects of prosecution, trials, and litigation. His areas of expertise include trademark and design clearance searches, filing and prosecution, dispute resolution, and brand and design consulting.

    Mr. Shin received his bachelor’s degree in public administration from Korea National Open University and his master’s degree in public administration from Yonsei University. Before joining Wooin Patent & Law Firm, he served as a trademark and design examiner at the Korean Intellectual Property Office and worked as a patent attorney at Cheongsol International Patent & Law Firm and IPS Patent & Law Firm.

    Mr. Shin received his bachelors from the Korea National Open University in 1987. He graduated with a master’s degree from Yonsei University in 1998.
