    Won Lee

  • Ms. Won Lee is a trademark and design attorney with extensive experience in design and UX

    Ms. Lee is a Korean patent attorney specializing in trademark and design rights, with a distinctive background in design strategy and user experience (UX). She holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in Industrial Design from KAIST and brings nearly two decades of industry experience from her tenure at Samsung Electronics.

    From 2005 to 2014, Ms. Lee worked on design strategy, planning, and user research in Samsung’s Mobile Design and UX division. Between 2015 and 2024, she expanded her role to include intellectual property work related to mobile UX, covering patents, design rights, and trademarks.

    After qualifying as a patent attorney, she joined Wooin IP Law Firm in 2024. She advises clients on trademark and design matters across all stages, delivering strategic guidance throughout the entire lifecycle of rights protection.
