• Mr. Wonju Jang is a trademark & design attorney of Wooin Patent & Law Firm.

  Mr. Wonju Jang has been working as a trademark & design attorney since 2004, and has represented various major foreign and domestic clients on a broad spectrum of intellectual property matters including trademark, design patent, unfair competition, and domain names in the inter parte and ex parte proceedings. Furthermore, he performed works on numerous contracts and negotiations relating to intellectual property rights.

  He is also a director of the Korea Trademark and Design Association, an instructor at the International Intellectual Property Training Institute of the Korean Intellectual Property Office, and an advisor to the Trademark Legislation Forum of the Korean Intellectual Property Office.

  Before joining this firm, he worked for Lee International IP & Law Group, BKL IP Group, Sunyoung International Patent & Law Firm, Shin & Kim, and Y.P. Lee, Mock & Partners.

  Mr. Wonju Jang was admitted to the Korea Patent Bar in 2003. Mr. Jang holds LL.B. (1999) from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and LL.M. (2014) from Indiana University Maurer School of Law (USA).
